Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account details such as your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth; traveller details you save for bookings; billing addresses; and identity documents where a supplier or regulation requires them.

Transaction details including bookings, recharges, bill payments, refunds and wallet activity. We do not store full card numbers or CVV — card data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

2. How we use your information

To create and operate your account, complete bookings and payments with airlines, bus operators, hotels, billers and payment partners, issue tickets and receipts, and provide customer support.

To detect fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and — where you have not opted out — send you offers and reminders.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share only the data necessary to fulfil your request with travel suppliers, aggregators, biller networks, payment gateways and identity verification providers. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention and security

Transaction records are retained for the period required by Indian tax and financial regulations. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS, and access to production systems is restricted and logged.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data from Dashboard → Profile & settings, or by emailing privacy@ruzave.in. Deleting your account does not remove records we must retain by law.
