By creating an account or transacting on ruzave.in you agree to these terms.
1. Our role
Ruzave is a booking and payment facilitation platform. Travel services are delivered by airlines, bus operators and hotels, and utility services by the respective billers. Their own terms, fare rules and schedules apply to your booking.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and OTPs confidential.
3. Bookings and pricing
Prices, availability and taxes are confirmed only at the moment of payment. If a supplier rejects a confirmed order, or a technical or pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund the amount in full.
4. Recharges and bill payments
Enter the mobile number, consumer number and operator carefully. Recharges and bill payments made to an incorrect number cannot be reversed by Ruzave once the operator has accepted them.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Ruzave for fraudulent transactions, money laundering, automated scraping, reselling inventory without authorisation, or any activity that breaches Indian law.
6. Liability
Ruzave's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the service fee charged on the relevant transaction. We are not liable for supplier delays, cancellations, denied boarding or service interruptions outside our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
